Shipping Policy
Turnaround
All Shippable orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm.
Carriers
We use the following carriers to deliver our orders:
USPS
UPS
FedEx
DHL
Order Tracking
If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.
Shipping Rates
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.
Back Orders
If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
Delivery Policy
Turnaround
All Deliveries are done weekly on Friday and Saturday.
Delivery Radius
We only do deliveries within a 60 mile Radius of our San Jose Location for all Items that require a delivery service.
Delivery Rates
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. After the final checkout page you will be contacted by our customer service team to discuss the Delivery Fee
Delivery rate is Calculated using the following Criteria:
Distance + Total Weight = Total Delivery Charge
- $.50 Cents per Mile
- Total weight of of Delivery
Total Weight Charge Breakdown:
5-50lbs - $20
51-100lbs - $30
101-200lbs - $40
201- 400lbs - $60
401 -600lbs - $80
600- 800lbs - $100
800 -1000lbs - $120
Increments of $20 for every additional 200lbs
Back Orders
If an item goes on back order we will Deliver you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will Deliver you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional Delivery fees for the second Delivery.
Returns, Refunds and Exchanges
How To Return An Item
At Elite Pro Fitness, we stand behind every sale. We only sell products we would use ourselves. We offer a full 30 day window from the date of purchase for a return/exchange on any new and unused item. Returned items must include original packaging. Items must be in new condition. Please note that any wear and tear from use will prevent your item for qualifying for a refund. We will evaluate the items to ensure new condition before processing the refund. With the exception of shipping errors, damages, or defective products, all shipping costs back to us are the responsibility of the customer. Any shipping charges (to AND from) that were incurred on the order are non-refundable, and will be deducted from your total refund.
If you receive a defective product within the first 30 days, Elite Pro will refund the original purchase price, as well as provide return shipping. Defective products must be reported within 30 days. Customers will be asked to provide photographs that provide a clear image of the quality issue in question. We reserve the right to first attempt to repair or replace any defective or damaged products instead of issuing refund. If we are unable to repair or replace, option 2 would be to issue the refund.
Restocking Fee
All items are subject to a 10% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.
Exchanges
If your original Purchase item is in like new condition, you may exchange your item for a different Item. You will not be subject to a restocking fee in this case, but you still will have to pay return shipping or Pick up and Delivery Fee. Contact our customer service to get more information on exchange fees.
